Nice record but let's not pretend the hook isn't doing copy and paste. What saves it is the texture around it: Blaqbonez sounds like he is joking with money, Asake sounds like money already knows him, and the production keeps the whole thing moving before repetition becomes annoying.

Song is fine. Video annoyed me. Africa is not only huts and dancers abeg, and it gets boring watching global projects reach for the same visual language every time they need an African feeling. Burna sounds good, but the frame around him is lazy.

i find it genuinely boring. the beats repeat and never really go anywhere, and the delivery does not stand out the way his does when he is locked in. concept is nice on paper, the actual listen is a bit of a nothing burger for me.
